Refunds terms and conditions

We only accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging within 12 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Items return beyond the stated duration can neither be refunded nor exchanged.

Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will carefully examine the package and notify you via email within a reasonable time if you are entitled to a return. You will be refunded your purchase price, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method if eligible. Changing your mind after your purchase is not acceptable.

Note: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. We will refund your money, as per our refund policy!

Exchanges

Items purchased from our store can only be exchanged if they are damaged or defective. Please, immediately reach out to us via {support@evochy.com} with proof (pictures) wthin 24hours. We will send you the address to return it.

We will carefully examine your returned item and contact you via email within a reasonable duration, whether you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
